An old joke that has been around ever since Polandball came to existence. Reichtangle is actually suppose to represent a 4th reich, but is commonly seen as the German Empire or the second reich, or maybe even both sometimes. However it's also seen as when Germany gets bothered or sees something that triggeres his memories of WW3.

Reichtangle. I think everyone knows him, or it. It's a character from Countryballs (CB) and represents a future version of Germany, a hipothetical Fourth Reich to be exact, and it's drawn as a rectangle with the Imperial German flag.
